Mental Health Care and Coaching to meet your needs.
Progress with intention and practice.
Endurance—whether for a marathon or running a company—relies on scheduled recovery to avoid burnout and injury. Pressure will come. Learning to notice stress, reframe negative self-talk, and use grounding or breathing techniques preserves clarity and decision-making under strain. Thriving doesn’t require sacrificing what you love. Instead, together we will define nonnegotiables—time for relationships, creative outlets, or physical activity—that sustain identity and joy. Boundaries create the space where passion and performance coexist.
Reframing what achievement means is essential. Achievement isn’t only about fastest times, highest profits, or longest hours; it includes wellbeing, meaningful relationships, and sustained capacity to do what matters. When you reframe success to include balance and worth, your approach shifts from relentless doing to sustainable becoming.
FAQs
Who do I work with?
I work primarily with high-achieving individuals who are experiencing fatigue in their day to day, extreme burnout, pressures to maintain high internalized and/or externalized expectations and who are ready to take action towards meaningful change. I see a wide range of clients across careers paths, educational backgrounds and with relationship challenges. Whatever concerns you’re bringing to therapy, I’m here to help you build resilience and work toward your goals.
What is my belief in the purpose of therapy/coaching?
I believe the purpose of therapy is to uncover the most authentic version of our lives, and then learn how to deeply fall in love with that. Sometimes it is hard to make sense of the events that have come to pass, or understand why we went or are going through some of the things we are. At the end of the day we will always have ourselves, so feeling so unapologetically grounded, confident and fulfilled with that person, trusting that we can do hard things because we have already gone through them, and uncovering our truest potential and strength is the goal. The purpose of therapy is to gather the tools, insights, and compassion to create the life we have always deserved and then to live that life with balance, worth and ambition.
Do you accept insurance and are your fees negotiable?
I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with monthly superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. My full fee is $175 for 45 minute individual session, $200 for 50 minute couple/family session and $150 for 30 minute coaching session. I never want price to be an obstacle, so I also offer a sliding scale for folks who are not able to afford the full fee.
