  • As a former athlete, marathon runner, and someone who understands the connection of thriving under pressure I know first hand what it is like to naturally have high expectations for greatness. I also know that without balance, burnout is more likely to occur. My intention is to work together to reframe goals with the invitation of compassion, balance and freedom. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, I integrate a strong mind-body perspective into my work. I believe change happens not only through insight, but through learning how to reconnect with yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. Collaboratively I will help guide you towards practical tools, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a life that feels intentional and authentically yours.
